6月10日上午(wu),公司(si)召(zhao)開清(qing)收(shou)清(qing)欠(qian)工作專題會(hui)議,會(hui)議由公司(si)黨(dang)委書(shu)記和總(zong)會(hui)計師主持,公司(si)副總(zong)經理、各(ge)職能部(bu)門、項目負責人及財務(wu)人員參加(jia)會(hui)議。
會議指出六點(dian)雙清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)工(gong)作(zuo)建議:一(yi)(yi)是(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)樹立信(xin)心、轉變思路,一(yi)(yi)手(shou)抓(zhua)生產經(jing)營,一(yi)(yi)手(shou)抓(zhua)清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)欠(qian)(qian)(qian)。在清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)欠(qian)(qian)(qian)方面(mian)要(yao)(yao)認真分(fen)析拖(tuo)欠(qian)(qian)(qian)款產生的(de)(de)原因,解決(jue)的(de)(de)途徑。要(yao)(yao)動真碰(peng)硬敢(gan)于擔當,全力以(yi)赴完成清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)欠(qian)(qian)(qian)目(mu)標。二是(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)合(he)理(li)合(he)規的(de)(de)經(jing)營項目(mu),規范合(he)同的(de)(de)簽訂和執行,要(yao)(yao)防(fang)止重投標輕(qing)合(he)約(yue)、重經(jing)營輕(qing)履約(yue)、重過程(cheng)輕(qing)效果,做到防(fang)患(huan)于未(wei)然(ran)。三是(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)加強(qiang)清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)欠(qian)(qian)(qian)工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)組織領導,壓緊壓實清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)欠(qian)(qian)(qian)工(gong)作(zuo)責任。四要(yao)(yao)加強(qiang)清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)欠(qian)(qian)(qian)工(gong)作(zuo)督察力度。公司領導班子成員要(yao)(yao)想辦法出主意(yi),幫助項目(mu)經(jing)理(li)摸清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)情況(kuang),分(fen)類(lei)制定措施,采取(qu)靈活多樣的(de)(de)方式方法,依(yi)(yi)法依(yi)(yi)規強(qiang)力推進清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)欠(qian)(qian)(qian)工(gong)作(zuo)。同時發(fa)揚團結協作(zuo)的(de)(de)精神(shen),各部(bu)門(men)和項目(mu)部(bu)要(yao)(yao)密切配合(he),形成合(he)力,加大(da)力度攻(gong)克(ke)重點(dian)難(nan)點(dian)。五是(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)解決(jue)好(hao)歷史遺留的(de)(de)清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)欠(qian)(qian)(qian)問題,妥(tuo)善(shan)解決(jue)好(hao)內部(bu)拖(tuo)欠(qian)(qian)(qian)問題。善(shan)于運(yun)用(yong)多種途徑開展(zhan)清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)欠(qian)(qian)(qian),抓(zhua)清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)欠(qian)(qian)(qian)、保(bao)發(fa)展(zhan)。六是(shi)(shi)清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)欠(qian)(qian)(qian)工(gong)作(zuo)必(bi)須從源頭(tou)抓(zhua)起(qi),從項目(mu)全生命(ming)周期抓(zhua)起(qi),重點(dian)從經(jing)營、施工(gong)、管理(li)等(deng)各環(huan)節著手(shou),避免(mian)出現前清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)后欠(qian)(qian)(qian)、久拖(tuo)不清(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)等(deng)問題。
